Velocity Pro Sport is proud to be British with all our activewear garments being manufactured by our UK based team here in the North-West of England. We use the highest quality fabrics including our unique 'Motion' 4-way stretch, they allow you and your team to perform in comfort whilst standing out from the crowd in your own bespoke vibrant club design.
Using the latest in computerised and laser cutting equipment allows us to produce the most detailed designs. Our design team are dedicated to bringing your design ideas to life so that you standout from the crowd at competitions.
Our experienced sales team is dedicated to finding the perfect style at the right price for your club. With a service commitment to deliver your order within your given lead time, you get exactly what you want, when you need it. We don’t tie clubs into any contracts, we rely on you loving your garments to come back again.
Q: What garments can be made as part of a Club Uniform?
We offer a wide range of bespoke activewear and the following items can be made for you and your team:
- Gymnastics Leotards (Long Sleeve and Sleeveless)
- Tracksuit Jackets
- Leggings (full length and 3/4)
- Crop Top (Long Sleeve and Sleeveless)
- Gym Shorts
- T-Shirts (Full colour Print - Front, Back and sleeves)
Q: How do i order a Bespoke Gymnastics / Dance / Cheer club Uniform?
We are happy to accept your club order by telephone, email or face to face meetings at our factory. When you place your initial enquiry with us, we will guide you through the different options available to you and will be happy to provide artwork examples (based on your own sketches), prices and fabric swatches to help you design your very own unique club uniform.
Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. Although manufacturing bespoke orders can be complex we manufacturer all our own products right here in the Uk so we typically only require you to order at least 1 of every size you intend to offer to your members so that sizing can be tested on all your members before you place a bigger order.
Alternatively we can set up a dedicated section of our website so that you can have your members by direct as and when individual items are needed to be purchased.
Q: Can we design our own Gymnastics / Cheer uniform?
We are always happy to look at your design and we will advise whether it can be put into production. We find it is always best for you to provide us with sketches and/or example colours you would like incorporating in to your design to help us understand why you are looking to achieve. Please note the design time can be a minimum of 2 weeks.
Q: How long will my order take?
The manufacturing time of a standard pattern is 7-10 days from receiving your payment. If you choose a new pattern, the manufacturing time is around 10-14 days, depending on the complexity of the style. If you choose a bespoke diamante which has to be manufactured, the manufacturing time could be longer, but you will be advised at the time of ordering.
Q: Can I return or exchange any Club uniforms I don’t need?
No. All club uniforms are bespoke garments and are therefore non-returnable unless faulty. This is why it is important you order one size of each garment initially so that your members can try before they buy to minimise issues with sizing.
Q: When do I pay for my order and how can I pay?
All payments are required at the time of ordering and before we put your order into production. Payment can be made easily and securely by credit /debit card, Paypal or by bank transfer.
We are happy to email you a Pro Forma invoice so that you can clearly see the cost of each item on your order, but production will only commence after payment has been received. Velocity Pro Sport will not accept responsibility for any unpaid pro forma invoices.
Q: Can we pay extra to receive our order quicker?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. When we process your Club order, we will advise you of the dispatch date so that you know when the order will be delivered. We cannot accept any extra payment to process orders quicker than the expected target date, as this would cause a delay to other orders which would not be fair.
